Jayant R Bhatt

Science stream graduate and Fellow Chartered Accountant having 30 years of experience, pioneered the idea of one roof services and his craving for excellence and academic interest are key contributors to the success story of progress and achievements of the firm. He has been contributor to reference manual meant for professionals and industries published by WIRC. He has been writing various articles and is delivering lectures at professional forum and regularly attends and represents clients before Tribunals and appellate authorities in all streams. He is also having varied experience in various fields to name a few. FDI, ODI, corporate structuring / restructuring including business valuation, RBI compliances, etc. His endeavour to excel and logical acumen makes him more versatile and receptive to new challenges.

He has been an instrument in getting the ISO certification to a small and medium scale company and is certified as a lead auditor for ISO System which includes planning, implementation and sustenance of a system designed for system driven organization as against human interface.

Apart from his own success, his motivational efforts have inculcated high moral and confidence in the entire team which are independently geared up to meet challenges in the changing world dynamics and constant reforms which are under way in the Indian environment and law. His craving for adherence to time and accurate deliverables bring vibrancy and resilience amongst the entire work force. Nilofer A A Siddique

Commerce graduate and fellow chartered Accountant in practice for 17 years professes in the field of international financial and reporting standards and Indian Accounting standards mandatory for high net worth/ multi locational/ multinational companies.

Apart from accounting and auditing assurances, she handles indirect taxes and corporate compliances which interalia mandates statutory meetings, records keeping, inter company and related party transaction disclosures and limits, time bound filing of various documents and forms, default in which would subject corporates to heavy penalties and disqualifications of directors.

She has independently handled matters before appellate authorities and has also delivered lectures at various forums.

Jitali Gandhi

A commerce graduate and a chartered accountant has experience in internal and management audit and her constant vigil on regular affairs of clients help them save valuable resources and avoid vulnerable non compliances.

Her valuable and timely feedback, accelerate the process of stitch in time saves nine i.e. right action right in time.

Paras Thakkar
